Amazing and ideal location in Spilsby, not far from Spilsby, good pubs and various restaurants, and the gardens. An absolutely spotless and huge room provided with soft pillows, excellent quality linens, for instance.

I had a wonderful stay at Elm Tree Bed & Breakfast. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the offer of a tea or coffee, which was a lovely touch after my long drive. the staff were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to make me feel welcome. the room was spotlessly clean and had lots of homely touches. the bed was really comfortable, and I loved the little fridge in the hallway with fresh milk. the attention to detail was amazing, from the tea and cake on arrival to the scissors provided to cut the sachets of sauce at breakfast. the building itself was beautiful and the garden was lovely.

Our Easter stay was fantastic! the hotel location was very convenient, just a short drive from the coast and local attractions. the room was clean and spacious, and we loved the fluffy towels and the cozy bedding. We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and homemade biscuits; it was a nice touch. the breakfast was great with plenty of options to choose from.
The Wifi connection was a bit slow and we had trouble logging in. the road outside could be quite noisy at times, especially during the night, which caused some disturbance.
